Born in 1963, Annora initially studied printed textiles at Liverpool Polytechnic and the artist continued her education in the 1980s, by completing a master's degree in the same subject at Birmingham Polytechnic.
Having completed her studies Annora Spence worked as an independent artist and designer. Since 1990, she has concentrated on her career as a painter and has enjoyed multiple sell-out shows in London and overseas, having a large following abroad including North America and Asia.
